He serves as the SENAREC Coordinator and World Bank Consultant under the Public Administration Strengthening and Rejuvenation (PRRAP) Project, the IDA Governance Project at the World Bank in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Constant holds the position of Senior Coordinator at the African Foundation for Education and Devel-opment (FAED). He is passionate about improving Africa’s public health systems.
